What is the next step?
Just get in touch and we’ll book a quick intro call (phone or video) to learn about your business and what you need. From there, I’ll review your previous year’s work and come back to you with a tailored quote.

What’s included in your service agreement?
You choose the services you need, and we’ll create a tailored fixed-price agreement for the full financial year. The total is then split into simple monthly direct debits — so there are no surprises and your costs are easy to budget.

Do you take on new clients mid-year?
Yes, absolutely. We’ll review what’s already been completed for the current financial year and what’s still outstanding, then tailor your agreement to cover the remaining work. We’re happy to welcome new clients at any time.

Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes — ongoing support is included. You can contact us by email or phone whenever questions come up. If anything you need requires additional work beyond your agreement, we’ll always discuss and quote it upfront so there are no surprises.

Do you service outside of Newcastle?
Yes — absolutely! While we’re based in Newcastle, we work with clients right across Australia using cloud accounting and online meetings. Location doesn’t limit the support we provide.

Do you do Individual Tax Returns?
We work with individuals who have more involved tax affairs — including rental properties, investments, or income connected to their own business or a family business group. If you’re not sure, just reach out!
